Yeah, so I am a 16 year old guy and I'm feeling a little conflicted. For the longest time I have liked this one girl. We dated for nearly a year, and she broke up with me. I have to say that I was pretty devastated at first, but I recovered, although I never stopped liking her. Then a month or so ago, it seemed like she might still like me too, but since then has never said anything. It was like she built my hopes up for nothing. Then a week or two ago, I started to like this other girl. She is nice, funny, and just great, but I'm not sure if she likes me too. I guess I want to know if you think I should pursue the girl I used to like, or this new girl I like now.

okay..so there's this guy that i've sorta always liked..and we dated at this beginning of this year but we broke up after like two weeks..and he told me a few days ago that he likes me and he wants me to ask him out or something cause he'll have more respect for me..anyways i really dont wanna get hurt like i did last time and i want something that's going to last..and he says that he's tired of being single and he wants a relationship..but i dont know if i should believe him or not. so what do you think i should do?

Dont go jumping into his arms just yet. It sounds like he just doesnt want to be single, and hes aware that you've always liked him. And if you feel like you'll get hurt again, well..thats a risk you may have to take. Before you ask him out our anything, think to yourself.."is he worth another heart break?"

Ohh boy, i just turned 15..had sex for my first time, didnt use a condom, im so stupid and im so scared now :( im stressing out so much and i dont know what to know, i had sex like exactly a week ago now, and i dont know if im bloaded or what but my stomach is starting to get big and ive gained 3 pounds-ive also been noticing im eating A LOT latly :-/ should i go get checked out..or take a pregnancy test? ohh lord help me!!

Its been a week since you've had sex, now is the time to use a pregnacy test - which sometimes arent accurate. If the pregnacy test comes up positive, you should probably go to the doctor. If it comes up negative, wait for your period to come, if you miss your period you should go to the doctor [even if the pregnacy test came up negative]. to find out when your next period should be go here - http://www.seventeen.com/health/period/spc/0,,691475_691476,00.html - If you dont get your period around the time this tells you that you should, you really should go to the doctor to find out whats up and if your pregnant or not.
It would also be wise to tell one of your parents or another trusted adult, i dont recommend it. but its best from them to know that you are sexually active and could become pregnant.
When I first had sex, I told my aunt..she helped me make sure i didnt get pregnant, then when it happened again..she suggested I go on birth control so I wouldnt worry about getting pregnant.

Yes, you should ask him..straight up, its the only way you'll truely find out how he feels. The age thing is perfectly normal, love has no age limit. But just remember, since he is older, hes more mature and wants to do more things..like getting physical. thats all older guys think about. But if he treats you like shit, he is not worth your time..there are plently of guys out there who are just as good [or better] then this guy who will respect you and treat you the right way. Plus, your only 13..you've still got alot ahead of you ; lots of time to find the perfect guy.

Well ok i go to this YMCA Camp at Summer, & well its summer, so anyways, i met a boy named Devin, & i like him ... ALOT! well my friends Alex & Damien say me and Devin make a cute couple and Damien told Alex that he though Devin liked me. & alex told me Damien said that. && Kolton, (Devins Best friend) said "Hey! Devin want's you!! he likes you & stuff" but then Devin makes a face & goes "Ewww. Gross, Sicko!" So i really don't know what to think. Dont give up on love just becuase he said that. Most guys say that when another guy yells something that embarrassing, and that obvious. No guy was going to come out and say.."YES I DO!" If some guy ever does that..it will amaze me. Just talk to him yourself, and find out what he really thinks of you and if he really thinks your "sick" ; or if he was just saying that to keep it cool.

Just because ppl make fun of you for going out with him doesnt mean you should just drop him like a sack of potatoes. It your going out with him, then you obviously like him..dont just give up because everyone else is making you feel uncomfortable about what makes you happy.
The next time someone makes fun of you for going out with him, tell them "Your arent the one going out with him, so why are you so worried about it? Do you wanna go out with him? is that your problem, your jealous of me so your trying to get me to break up with him so you can have a turn?! I dont think so! im smarter and stronger than that!" -- and if you dont think you can say it right away..practice in a mirror. it always helps.

Most people would tell you to find something else to do, like a hobbie. But i know that doesnt work. What you need to do is try to steer clear of him, bcuz everytime you see him or talk to him, you will think about what you had before and you wont be able to get over him. Go out with your friends ; movies perferable, and check out all the guys at the mall. Put all your attention to another guy that may have caught your eye, or you know has a thing for you. On September 20, 2004, i started going out with this kid, Bryan. Me and Bryan only lasted like what? 3 months? we broke up on January 3, 2005. Even though it was a short relationship, i can't get him out of my mind. But when we were going out, the world felt like there was no misperfections at all. During the time we were together, i met this other kid, Rich. Rich was hotter than Bryan, and I wanted to get with Rich. [which was stupid of me]. Bryan did everything he could to change my mind. When I broke up with him, he came to my house the next day with roses. Anyway, now, i think about him all the time (bryan). When we broke up, he started to pretend like everything was okay. He was an ass to me, and everyone knew that it was because he was still mad that i dumped him. and i told him i was sorry. But he just doesnt listen. I know that he still loves me though. The bad thing is, is that he went to DR two days ago. He's staying there for a YEAR. i cried when i found out. Me and bryan had our convo's where we talked about the past, and he always said stuff like "I was the best thing you ever had". or like "I gave you my all, and you gave me shit". And i know he's upset, but i still love him. And i don't want to tell him [even though i think he knows], but what should i do? He says that he never loved anyone in his life, but theres a feeling in my gut that tells me that he really loves me, but he doesnt want to admit it. Maybe i'm just imagining things, but i dont know. So what do you think? Should i just get over him [which i've been trying for 2 years]? Or should i tell him everything..how i feel..and all that. I'll rate 5's to anythingg.

-Dont leave the one you love for the one you like, because the one you like will leave you for the one they love..and it will just be you- If you still care for him..tell him how you feel. Its better to of told, then not told at all. Oh, all guys are like that. Its in their ego to act all tough, like they dont have a care in the world..thats when they really care the most. He most likely still has the same feelings that you do. Why else would he say those things, and bring it up like that. He cant get it off his mind either..you'd be doing a wonderful thing telling him your feelings & fixing your relationship. 3 months may not seem long to you..but a week in love is almost a lifetime.

Yesterday we had this family barbeque thing and while the guys where grilling, my sister and all of our girl cousins were in my room talking...girl stuff you know. Well the subject of marriage came up and my sister and I were talking about how we'd never marry anyone unless they were good looking, older but only by a few years and make as much or more money than our dad (be super rich).


Of COURSE we were playing around. I mean honestly, lots of girls say that but when it comes down to it, we wouldn't really choose our husbands based on that.


Well, today, one of my cousins went and told the guy I'm dating what I said. She told him that the reason I went out with my ex bf for so long was because he already has a million dollars to his name and he's only 18(his dad passed away a few years ago and left it to him).


So the guy I'm seeing doesn't know what to think and just kind of blew up in my face about it. I tried to explain but he just left. Now I don't know what to do because this is such a retarded situation. How do I get him to listen to me?

When you get the chance to talk to him, before he begins to "ignore" you or anything. Tell him if he really cares about you, he will listen to what you have to say about the whole thing. If he feels that way, he will also understand [[once you've told him that your cousin was making up that reason about your ex]] that thats not really what was going on, and it was just one of those "girl times" ; something all girls say. Plus how old is your cousin? if shes younger than you, than he should totally understand that she was making it up. If he doesnt believe you or still doesnt listen, have one of your friends talk to him ; or talk to one of his friends about it.

Your hair may need more moisture, try a different shampoo and conditioner better suited for your kind of hair. Like some shampoos are made for people with oily hair, others for dry scalp. - You may also be under alot of stress, i've heard of stories where people have been under major stress and their hair thinned quickly, like they were shedding. OK let me just say I am the type of person who can settle arguements easily and I can cooperate and really liten to my partner so dont think I am selfish. But lately we have been fighting about everything. And he likes to just ignore it and talk lets say the next morning or w/e. The problem is that I cannot sleep until I fix the problem. Hey! I'm about to go to sleepaway camp, and it's going to be one of my best friend's birthdays while we're there. (I'm a 14-year-old girl, he's turning 15.) What can I do to make it special? I can't get any food in, but I really want to do something cool for him. Thanks so much!

He's your best friend right? Is there something that he's wanted for a long time and still hasnt gotten? Or something he's wanted to do and never got around to it? Make him something that shows how well you know him! Most guys have a hobbie that they are totally stuck on, usually a sport, so pick something out that he would love to use while doing that hobbie..
If your thinking of getting him something for while you are at the camp, ask around and find out what things [beside food] that he might want to make his birthday awesome. Those confetti poppers are always fun [where you pull the string and loads of paper confetti flys out all over]. Also, your goig to a camp, you could get sparklers, it may not be independence day, but every night is a sparkler night.

Or, are you more than just friends? Bcuz, in that case..just take him from everyone else to talk to him alone. Tell him how you feel, and if he feels the same, kiss him.

Ok, so I've liked this girl for a long time, and during the beggining of the school year she also liked me (I didn't know it back then). Now, she's going out with one of my friends, but we still talk a lot. She also keeps on asking me who I like (A lot!) Every time she says that though, I just ward it off by saying something else. So my question is...should I tell her that I like her, or keep that secret safe with me?

Tell her, she probably still feels the same and is going out with your friend to get closer to you.
If you dont tell her, you will never know how she feels about you. And in a few days, what if she doesnt feel the same about you anymore? Get it out in the open before its too late and you regret not saying anything.

I started using Acne Free about 5 days ago, and since then my face has been itching like a beast. Has this happened to anyone else? It's started clearing my face us, but it itches so bad and dry patches are forming! My moms making me stop using it, is there anything else thats just as good? (Not ProActive, we can`t afford it)

i used to have some pretty bad acne..i tried acne free, and ya it was killer. then i bought this "Clearasil Ultra", changed my sleeping habit [i used to sleep for 6 hours or less, now i make sure i get at least 8 hours], and i rarely get any acne.
