i got mi period last month and this is my second month and it started up again last night and there is a lot i mean ALOT of blood from my period it seems to be uncontrolable is that normal!? ( and when i woke up in my pad the blood was all over the place)! sorry this is kinda gross

yes it is normal what i would do is wear a tampon to bed
and when u wake up i would change it and put a new one in and the best thing to do is wear a pad with it incase u leak or sumtin that is what i do and i dont ever mess up anything anymore so i hoped i helped :)

how do i flirt? my three best friends always flirt and make out like 24/7 but i havent been KISSED yet. ;[ it might be my looks, but idk. i hate the cliche "smile and wink" so dont tell me that. think new 2005 ways to get a boy, haha but not get laid. kids im only 13.

ok today I came home from school because my back hurt SO bad. I can't bend it and if I use ice, it doesn't do anything. If I use heat, it makes it worse. I don't have my period right now so it's not cramps, and I didn't do anything active to cause an injury. I took 2 Ibeprofin (sp) and it wore off within 3/4 hours. Can anyone tell me what this may be and how to make it feel better? Iwanna smash my head against the wall it hurts so bad! (link)

i wouldnt say you are fat but if u want to trim up just exercise and run a lil bit and if i waz you and i had stretch marks then i would use cocoa butter cause my frend wen she waz preg. she used that and u couldnt even tell she hed any so i would use cocoa butter.

I have poofy hair, it hasn't been so bad because I got i layerd, but anwyay. I can only leave it half down, or in a pony tail. BuT I never have time to do it so it always ends up in a bun. I was just wondering if they're are any sites that can show you how to do differnt types of buns or something, different ways of putting your hair up. what i would do is wake up about how long it takes you to take a shower and when you get out if you got some gel just brush your hair and scrunch sum gel in there and i will look ok trust me i do it sumtimes...
