what are some ways to flatten you stomach that actually work? i don't want a 6 pack, just toned i guess. thanks, i rate.

simply, 100 crunches a day and you'll see improvements in 3 weeks to a month! Every single day though (this is one thing you have to keep up),and you'll have a nice toned stomach. That's it! If it worked for me, it should work for you!
