simply, 100 crunches a day and you'll see improvements in 3 weeks to a month! Every single day though (this is one thing you have to keep up),and you'll have a nice toned stomach. That's it! If it worked for me, it should work for you! ]
well i would run every day for about a hr and exercice until i get happy wit me self... ]
