Ummm....yeah.... i wanna know what the withdrawal symptoms are like if you just stop taking certain antidepressants. cos i have to get off mine sometime this year. and i dont wanna. im SCARED!!!!

i was on anti deoressants for years you have to ween yourself of them ,if you on 1 day ,them have 1 ,1 day and miss the next if your on more than 1 a day reduse you daily intake ,slowley your dr would advise the best way forward you will get bad side effects if you just straight of them

long story: i was 16 when i got pregnant i couldnt tell parents cos they were very strict so i hid it for 7 months i was thinking about adopting him but when he was born i couldnt do it he was so lovely and my parents loved him too, when they asked me about the fether i said i didnt want him to know as he wasnt `the father figure`so i brought him up on my own for 6 years then i met someone else who i had 2 more children with he loves my son they get on well, but my son is 10 now and started asking questions like` whos my real father` ive said john but he looks baffled as if hes put 2 and 2 together cos he hasnt been with us 4 10 years, i just dont know what to say for the best, does he deserve the truth but i dont want him to have any relationship with his real father after all this time, help (link)

i think you should tell him the truth ,you cant hide it for ever,he has the right to know put yourself in his shoes ,how would you feel ,later on in life finding out somthink like that.my husband didnt know who his dad was till he was 21 and it screwed him up big time that his mum kept somthink like that from him,so please sit down with him and talk to him ,good luck

you need toup your intake in calories to 3000 a day eat more protein foods,try weigt gane mixes like creatine ,as a supplement drink as well your meals i have the same problem im under weight and went to see a dr in this feid and he told me what im telling you so try it ,let me know how you get on.protein foods like more red meat, nuts,if you have 2000 calories in your food then 1000 calories in supplement drinks as well you should put on at least 2lbs a week,it dont sound much but if you stick to it you will have put on half a stone before you know it good luck,

She weighs about 37 pounds. I'm not sure she is ready for a booster. Will one of these trays work with a carseat? I thought of a walkman too, but I was afraid she would turn the volume too loud and damage her hearing. my daughter is in a booster seat and she is only 3,i dont know how much she weighs,,they should work ,with a car seat there designed that purpose,does she cry all the time with her back or just when she is in the car it could be she is to big for the car seat and need a booster she might be un comfortable,if you had the walkman on low just so she can just hear it she should be ok, if not get her a little casette player ,a little kiddies one should do it ,let me know how you get on ,good look,just check the car seat though,see if she has room to move

Every time my husband and I go anywhere with our 4-year old daughter, she wines and cries in the car, or babbles and sings constantly. i have a 3 yr old girl my self and going out in the car was just the same as you, try getting her her own kiddies walkman with ear phones so she can listen to her music ,try fixing a little tablr over legs you can buy theses from the early learning center and have lots of different things on there like books and crayons any think she likes ,she gets bored so you need to keep her mind occupied ,is she in a booster seat try and put a cushion under her so she can see out of the window,good luck

Hello. This is the first time I have looked for help on this subject. Long story short: my mom met a guy, we moved in eith him, I was an asshole before this happened, I saw what he was like to her, we moved out, and I was the perfect son for three years, then something went wrong. This is what my mom said and I agree. We have fought constantly on and off since then. My mom has chronic headaches and a sleeping disease. I usually make light of the situation by making fun of the problem and I started making fun of my mom. She got pissed which I can understand but she knows how I deal with things. We have gotten into fights many times and she has packed up my stuff and taken me to my aunts, said she was going to leave, or said she was going to kill herself. I make fun of her for crying, and for her diseases because everyone else's life seems to be like the brady bunch. I understand I have been ignorant and I need to change. We just had a fight tonight because last friday I told her that the only person that sleeps more than her is a dead person. I guess that and all the names I have called her finally built up again. She has raised me well but insists that she is a bad mother and I deserve better. And that better is for her to leave and for me to live with my aunt and to never see her again. I told her that I don't need all of this confusion along with all of my school work. Then she atarted making fun of me for saying that. I told her that she isn't me, she isn't in my head, and doesn't know what is best for me(by her leaving)I actually think that she is going ot leave this time.
