im 16 and i just redid my room, and i painted to walls lime green and aqua blue and on the blue walls i put green pain splaters all over it, it was really fun, another idea is to go with poka dots like big and little ones on one wall and then paint your other 3 walls the colors of your poka dots, or another idea is to make it kinda tropical and paint each wall like lime green, orange, aqua and pink. they look really good together and it makes your room hell birght,

Every week a section in my band class has a test on a piece of music. You have to play in front of everybody and I get really nervous. It's also a competition between you and your section, which makes me even more anxious. Sometimes, right before I play, I almost feel like I have to throw up. I'm really good at the music, but my nerves make me have a poor performance. What are some tips that can help me calm my nerves right before I play so I can relax and play well?
i had to do that last year in my band, all i did was force my self to play no matter what, i never praticed the pice but once and im really good at sight reading so that helped, but if you have a good friend in your section stand by them because for me it makes me more confy infront of the whole band, and remember everyone messes up at one point so dont feel bad.

well see I have this problem. I used to pull my hair out of my head. Please, don't ask why, it was just a habit. Well eventually, I pulled out so much hair that it looked like I had a receading hairline. I had my hairdresser cut bangs so I could cover the hairline, and I have been waiting for the hair to grow back, but it's taking alot longer than I thought it would have. But, I still keep pulling out my hair and it's a thing I do when I'm bored. So my questions are, how long does hair usually take to grow back? and how can I stop this habit of pulling out my hair?
i jused to have that problem when i was younger but i would pull out chunks so then i would have bold sports it sucked..i would twist my hair around my finger and then pull on it when i was bored,nevurs,or tired..the way i stoped was that i started a new habit and that was bitting my nails and chewing on the ends of pens..but at time you will stil want to pulll on your hair you just have to remind you self not to.

I am in 8th grade, and my social studies teacher is really tough and he gave us an assignment to write a 3-4 page essay on an amendment. But I got stuck with articles 5,6,and 7 of the constitution. Its due this friday and today is tuesday.
Im just so confused. I started writting my draft, and it just seems like it all doesn't make sence to me. I cant seem to organize all the information which seems like a diferent language to me.
Im just really stressing out about this.

Today at school, during lunch, i got bored.
we guys were sitting on the bench outside and they dared me to walk up to a guy and slap him for no reason at all. Being bored, i did it and kinda slapped him harder than I intended. I am not usually a violent or mean person but that was pretty mean. It turns out he is one of those sensitive guys. I feel really guilty about it now and i want to know how i can apologize to him.

umm well my friend actally got her lip pirced and that is like the same thing that she got but you have to take pliers and pull the sides apart to get it out. make sure you have a ring to put in once your done. make sure you dont rip out you belly button ring
