Most popular guys, Date popular girls. So you might run into some problems like that. Just write him a note in one of your classes and say you heard a rumor that he has a crush on you, See what he says. If he says he doesn't like you, then he probably doesn't. Plus, At this point he still might be hurting from his recent breakup.

Drinking lots of water will not increase or decrease the blood flow. Drinking water is still very good for you.

You shouldn't do it at home. You would be at higher risk of it getting infected. Get it done by a professioanl at a tattoo and piercing type shop. Since your mom says no, You will have to wait until your 18. Don't feel like your the only left out, I am 16 and I can't get any piercings until I am 18 too. You can get some fake belly botton rings to wear.

Yes, You are underage and it is not legal for you to have a sexual relationship with him until you turn 18. If you and him ever get caught having sex while your underage, He would go to jail for statutory rape. Since he is 18 and your 15, I would think your both are at different points in life. So it might be smart to date someone closer to your age. I am sure your parents wouldn't like the idea of him being 18. Good luck!

You should tell the guy you like how you feel. If you don't, I bet you will regret it in the future. Even if he turns you down, You might could date his friend. No matter what, I am sure you will end up with a guy. A lot of guys I have noticed tend to be mean to girls because they secretly like them. I guess it is kind of their way of getting your attention.

I got my hair professionally dyed about two years ago. The color faded out in just a few months. That's what it will likely do with someone who has black hair. Still I'd say leave the job to a professional.
