my parents found out i had friends over and that we drank. she threatened me to tell who was here, so i told her, after about a half an hour. now she won't ever let me see those friends again. i am going off to college in a week so it's not the end of the world, but still i feel bad that i told which friends were here. i don't know what to do. should i tell these friends? they are not my friends from school...they are from work. i feel like i betrayed them (my mom won't call their parents, she said she wouldn't) but i still feel bad & don't know how to explain to these girls i can't ever see them again. also how do i earn my parents trust back?

I think you should just tell them the truth. Your mom threatened you if you didn't tell her. You can still talk to these girls, I don't mean to sound like a horrible person. But you can hang out with them and not drink. You just don't have to tell your mom.

So I was sledding with my brother and we were going down this big hill... But we couldn't stop. I knew we were going to crash, so I stuck my foot out so the bottom of it came into direct collision with a tree. At first, I thought I sprained my ankle, but I could walk ok. I soon found out that I couldn't bend it forward or else it would hurt like hell (e.g. I can't make my foot go straight down, like, stand on my tippy toes. The more I do that, the more it hurts.) I'm afraid I may have torn a ligament. Someone please help?
