adviceman49 answered Thursday December 8 2016, 10:28 am: I am not familiar with the laws in New Jersey though rule of thumb is. If something is available for purchase without having to ask a clerk or pharmacists for it. Meaning it is on an open shelf. There is no age requirement to purchase.
