It is about bullying
Why do people bully poaple with special needs I'm thirteen my name is angel I have special needs I have ADHD and 2 types of autism and odd and bypolar disorder everyone bully's me because I have special needs what should I do?

They bully you because they don't understand, are ignorant about your afflictions or worse afraid. It's easier to be ignorant and make fun of someone than to be informed.
What do you do? I would consult your special needs teacher and point out in confidence who is doing the bullying, why, for how long etc and ask them how they can help you tackle it and put a stop to it.
Another idea that often works is asking your teacher if you can take 10 minutes of class time to deliver a speech or presentation to the class on ADHD, Autism and Bipolar disorder and how it affects you and that you are as normal as they are and do not deserve constant bullying. That right there will get people having empathy and make the others look like the pathetic individuals they are and have been. It will end your problem and command respect!

You have asked a question that people have been trying to answer for as long as Bullying has been going on. My own answer to the question is that anyone that is different than they are scares them. If that person is weaker than they are then they pick on them to try and scare them off.
As I found out a long time ago bullies are actually some of the biggest baby's you will ever meet. After high school I joined a fire department. One night we were called to a bar by police to fix up the wounded after a bar fight. There on the floor was the biggest bully in my high school crying like a baby. As I tended to his injuries he kept yelling "don't hurt me, don't hurt me." I would have liked to hurt him for all the years of hurt he put on me and others but I was a professional and did my job.
What I'm saying is a bully can only bully you if you let them. If it stops being fun for them they will stop bullying you. IF you’re being bullied in school forget what they say as to not telling a teacher or principal. Tell a teacher or principal. The reason they scare you into not telling is they don't want to get in trouble and possibly be expelled. Schools have a zero tolerance for bullying.
If it is happening outside of school and you know the names of the kids; call the police. Bullying is a crime and they can be arrested and have to tell a judge why they are harassing you, the legal term for bullying. If they think getting in trouble at school is bad just wait until a judge punishes them.
Of course you should always tell your parents what is happening to you. But if your parents aren't around say while you are in school you go to a teacher or the principal. If it happens away from home and you're scared use your cell phone to call the police. When you get home you tell your parents so they can follow up and make sure the kids are properly punished.
