Make smoothies using flax seed and chia seeds for omega-3s, and eat enough protein rich plant foods and then you'll know that you don't need anything from fish. Make sure you're eating enough, too, and you're generally eating a low fat, high carb, whole foods, plant based diet. Limit vegan junk. I know you're already vegan, which is great, but try to educate yourself more, so I'll give you the videos below, if you haven't already seen some of them.

Go vegan. I went vegan this year and have lost 40 pounds, with minimal exercise, bringing down my BMI from 30 to 24. I weigh less now than I did throughout high school, as an overweight teenager, even when I exercised for hours while on Junior Varsity and Varsity sports teams.
My goal for next year is to lose 30-40 more pounds, I just need to start exercising on a regular basis. Nothing crazy, just 30-60 minutes of jogging, Ballet Beautiful, bike riding.. things like that.
I think it's amazing what I've accomplished so far, just by changing my diet, though. It's a lot easier to go vegan than it seems. I was never vegetarian, I went from being able to eat an entire box of pizza or entire tub of ice cream in one sitting to a full-fledged vegan. I now spend a lot less money on groceries, have more energy (never need caffeine, and never feel lethargic like I used to on a regular basis), have more concentration, and etc. Try it for a week, that's how I started, and I felt so good that I just kept going, and it's now been 5 months! You can get every nutrient from plant foods, including protein!
The only vitamin you need to supplement is B12, and one I personally recommend is Garden of Life's B12 spray (cause I personally hate swallowing pills, and methylcobalamin is better than cyanocobalamin). You can buy it at any health foods store (Whole Foods, Sprouts, Trader Joe's, etc.), or online.

Salmon is actually recommended as a heart healthy food for the Omega 3 oils. As long as its not any clams or oysters from a red tide, seafood is safe to eat. I am a part vegetarian. I eat alternate sources of protein but at times will enjoy seafood or chicken, no sausages, processed meats, bacon or red meats. And I am doing fine having eaten that way my whole life. According to doctors recommendations for diet, fat, sugar, salt, I am doing just fine and you can too if its important to you.
Here's a article about alternative sources of protein. Keep in mind that the seeds and nuts part also refers to buttered versions, such as peanut butter, cashew butter and tahini which is sunflower seed butter. There are also other seed and nut butters if you look in health food stores.
Vegetarian doesnt mean you live only on vegetables and fruit, just no creatures such as animals and sea creatures. Some will still eat eggs which are protein too. Make sure to get dairy products every day. Get used to lower fat milk if all grown, but if still a kid/teen you can use whole milk. Yogurts are great to have or try something new on the market called Kefir. I have mine over granola every morning. heres a link: [Link](Mouse over link to see full location) [ Dragonflymagic's advice column | Ask Dragonflymagic A Question ]
Grandfather answered Saturday February 21 2015, 7:57 pm: Dear Vegan,
You could be craving iodine or something else that is in seafood. Try taking a multivitamin & mineral or iodine supplement and see if the craving goes away. If you're just craving the taste, try the vegetarian 'fish', prawns etc. Asian grocery stores are usually the best places to find them. [ Grandfather's advice column | Ask Grandfather A Question ]
