Adviceman covered just about all. I did read somewhere that if you are a teen that there were age limits to purchasing the morning after pill. There are probably several different name brand of the same thing but this article says no age limit on the type called Plan B. Here's article:
[Link](Mouse over link to see full location)

Even in a guys pre-cum, (that little bit of cum before sex that beads up on the tip of head of penis) there is live sperm present and it may be enough to get a girl pregnant.

About those 15% who could ovulate at any time...there's another thing to consider . . . almost all teen girls when going through puberty (if you are in this age range you need to know this) will have cycles that do not follow a monthly pattern yet. It is because your body is still getting used to the changes. Periods can be two in a month or none for 2,3 months or just spotting or heavy flow, and range from long lasting up to 2 weeks a couple times for me at 14, to only 2 days. When your period comes with so much irregularity, so will the other parts of your cycle, including when you ovulate. So even if you were trying to follow when you ovulate, it would be impossible until you are older perhaps in your 20's. So best plan is to get a Plan B pill immediately and also make a visit to Planned Parenthood to get on birth control. If you are a teen, they will help you and it is confidential, meaning parents don't need to know. Even if you are college age, still go see them. You want to be covered for birth control and he should be using condoms for sTD protection. You may think this was a one time thing. But if you were willing to try to be sexual with one person, you will certainly find the draw to do so in the future again.

Ther is a 15% chance you could get pregnant having unsafe sex during your period. I will explain.

For 85% of women they ovulate during the 7th to 21st day of their cycle. It is during this time that women that use the rthymn method of birth control do not have sex. The problem her is you have to know when you ovulate. Meaning when your overy ejects and egg. For 85% of women it is during this time. For 15% of women they can ovulate at anytime including while they are haveing their period. If you have unprotected sex during your period or during the suposed safe time and donot know when you ovulate; there is a 15% chace of pregnancy.

Next the male emits a fluid during intercourse. It is the same fluid that carries the sperm nd contais enough sperm to cause pregnancy. He does not feel this fluid being emitted as it emits as a lubricant and looks a lot like the lubrication you might see on your fingers if you masturbate.

You should do two things. Go to the drug store and if it has been less then 7 days get an plan "B" pill. These pills have been known to be effective u to 7 dys after intercourse although they are most affective within 48 hours. If it has been longer than that and longer than 10 days get a home pregnacy test kit. This way you will know if you are safe or have something to worryabout. Should it come up positive don't freak out. Ther are more false positives then negative, wait ten days and test again.

If you are not pregnant go back to the drug store and purchase an ovulation kit. This kit will help you know when you ovulate. This is important for a women to know for more reasons then just when it is safe to have sex,

Based on what you have said I would think it unlikely that you will be pregant. Not impossible, but highly unlikely. But it's unlikely because he did not penetrate you for any length of time and did not 'squirt' (ejaculate, or cum...whatever term you prefer) and NOT purely because it was during your period. It's best to assume there is NO completely safe time to have unprotected sex (condom) or other means of birth control. So sort something out quick. Relying on 'safe days' or 'safe periods' is ok for a couple who feel a baby would be OK if it happens, sometime quite soon...or OK too if it doesn't just yet. If pregnancy is something you are dreading, or fearing or is a real no-go area right now then forget it and use some solid and reliable means of birth-control every time, all the time. Pre-cum (leaking out, a clear fluid, before squirting fully) can contain some live sperm and is always a low-order risk if you are unlucky. An even bigger risk is him becoming highly excited and spurting fully and unexpectedly (not expected by either of you!) while he is inside you. Which is definitely a bad idea.
