Sometimes... maybe? I don't think so, but you may feel different and he can tell. People can sense feelings of distance and shame, perhaps sometimes people keeping things from another person, that he may notice. I don't think that cheating on your boyfriend is a good idea. it's not nice and it's selfish. not that you asked our opinions on the matter, but you should give someone more respect than that especially have respect for yourself. I agree with dragonfly magic, but I have to add that I laughed out loud when I read your subject line because I pictured a vagina "feeling different" being one that feels guilty and sad with downcast eyes and shuffling shoes.
The fair thing to do is to be honest. Your boyfriend shouldn't be limited to monogamy if you don't want to be held to that standard, whether or not he can tell you've done it. If you communicate at all, your vagina isn't what will give you away, it'll be your avoidance or sketchy approach toward him. If the sex is more important to you than an honest relationship, you really should let this guy go.

Remember, a good relationship is about more than just perfect sexual compatibility, you want the kind of person you can be best friends with.
Look for both in a guy. It is not advised to date one for the great friendship if the sex is lacking and see another for the great sex if the friendship is lacking. Find someone where you have both.
