I need help with Visual Studio coding!!

I have this Case Programming Assignment, Im having trouble with. It's in VS Express 2013 Net Framework. I have to make where a user puts in the dog's age, then the program displays the dogs age and the age in human years. when the user puts in the dogs age 9. the label says Your dog is 9 years old and 63 in people years.

Its been a week and I can't for the life of me figure it out!! would be most grateful!

In order for us to help you, you are going to have to ask a more specific question. For example: What line of code are you stuck on, what have you tried that didn't work and what error messages are you getting in the attempt.
