German last names

I am writing a story, and I have cast the villain as a German girl, but none of the names I have tried sound right for her. Can you give me some German names you think are villainous, or point me to like a complete list of all German last names? Pretty please? :)

Von-Mal sounds good to me for something basic, "Mal" meaning bad in German.

Here's a listing of German surnames and English meanings.

It might be easier to come up with the English words to describe her and then translate to German for a unique but sinister name.

For example, the name of the Famous cartoon Ogre, Shrek is tranlated in German to scare. Because that was his job as an ogre, to scare people.

The translation for example of the word 'villainous' to German is "schurkisch". pronounced shirk-ish. So have fun and play with it.
