He was kissing me once and started kissing my neck and then kissed me again with more force, and i got this really weird feeling in between my legs, like it felt hot down there. What does that mean?! I'm confuse,d i think i know what it is but i'm not sure. Please help

So
You will feel tingly or hot. Whats happening is that your parts down there are becoming engorged with blood just as the males penis does. You also can feel wetter there and some of the lubrication your vagina is creating can leak out and dampen your panty. This is all normal.
No one, not parents, not schools do any sex education anymore it seems. So I can understand your not knowing and being confused.
But Hon, this place of knowing next to nothing about your own sexuality let alone his, is a recipe for disaster such as becoming a pregnant teen. I am not saying teens shouldn't explore or have sex but they need to be fully informed before going down that road.
I suggest you do some self studies on learning first about the female anatomy and the physiology of it. Then learn how a female becomes pregnant and learn about the male anatomy.
For example, do you know anything about your hymen, the real facts about it? Do you know the proper care for your vagina when it comes to cleaning? There's a load of important things to study up on and learn if you don't want any problems or any unneeded worries about what your body is going through.
If you do want to get started, let me know, I can share some web links and you can always try the library for books on the subject. If you contact me, go to my column and write me from there.
