abdominal pains

Sorry its taken a while for someone to get back to you. From an adult woman who has gone for regular gynecology appts her whole life, I will tell you that one thing the doctor always asks is if I have any pains or cramping in the reproductive area and the other is whether i ever feel any pain during sex. This means orgasms too and doesnt have to mean just penetration.
If she has pains like this, she needs to get in to see her doctor right away. It has nothing to do with you, with fingering, masturbating. What she feels should be as intense as pain but pleasurable instead of painful. If she is too chicken to go through the family doctor, she needs to get in to see Planned parenthood who will either do the checkup or refer her.
