can someone explain this kid to me? There's this kid who picks on little girls, (mostly physical), tried to kiss my friend, tells off teachers, annoys kids in my grade by pushing, biting ,punching (he punched my friend in the stomach for not letting him touch a button in a book), and was sent to the princable's office countless times. Why don't they just expel him? When he's mad he shakes. I find it weird. Why is he like this?????? It's crazy.

He might have ADHD or any mentally issue and in a way they can't expel him just think as long as it's not you don't worry! ]
There is most likely something more going on with him. He might come from a really bad background or have some sort of illness, who knows. No matter what though, it's never right to bully and harrass people or be rude to anyone.
Whenever he hurts someone, tell a teacher and tell the principal. If he does something to you, make sure you say something and be sure to tell your parents and your parents can also call the school. If you keep this up, they'll have to do something more about it because they won't want complaints from parents. ]
I don't know how old you or this kid is but i'll answer this to the best of my ability. Sounds like he's got no respect for women. Maybe he's been hurt by a woman or women in general and has a bad taste in his mouth. Maybe he has a bad home life & is abused or maybe he's spoiled rotten & thinks he should always get his way. Deep inside he's really a coward. Stand your ground & if he messes with you tell your parents/teachers tell everyone & get other kids to tell too. Don't let anyone push you around. Also defend those who can't defend themselves & speak up. Speak till someone listens. It will work. Stay strong & be careful. Doing the right thing doesn't always mean doing the easy thing. ]
He could be autistic or have behavioural problems. Maybe he hasn't been brought up to know how to behave around other children? ]
