We need you here on this Earth. You have people in your life who love you; more people than you think. I love you and I've never met you before. We human beings have an innate bond with one another and need each other to survive. I know it sounds very lofty. But I really mean it and I hope it comforts you to hear. You can fight this. You think you can't but you absolutely can. Talk to someone. There will always be people who care about you. The world loves and needs strong people like you. Please, please seek treatment if you are able to do so, surround yourself with people who show they love you, and keep fighting. We need you here.

God bless you... I am so sorry and I'll pray for you. I don't know what do as I'm only 14. Though I have many questions, I won't ask, and since you've already gotten a very logical answer; let me just give you my opinion.

You are old, but young. You have much time, yet with this disease and heart problem, your life may be shortened. Read, learn about all the things you've wanted to know. Love, maybe not sexually or with someone your own age, but if you have grand kids or children hug them and tell them you love them. Appreciate, be grateful for what you have, food, clothing, anything, don't take it for granite; be happy you're alive. I don't see suicide as a solution for anything, it stops what's bad, but also ends your chances of it ever getting better. The fact you're on here asking, means you want help, you don't know what else to do; but you want help. I hope you're still here, honestly I appreciate you. I am very proud of you for still being here if you are. I am so happy you've been strong all your life that you've made it to 54! That's a long way if you ask me. Don't call a quits now, someone will stumble along and you'll question yourself why you even thought of suicide. And even if it seems like things can't get worse, it might. I will be completely honest with you, this is a scary world. Sometimes I wonder how do I know what's right and wrong in a world full of lies. But you just know, you have a gut feeling, just do what's right.

1-800-273-TALK (8255)
That's the suicide hotline for USA, you can still try to call and maybe ask for your specific hotline.

I really hope you stay with us, I feel like suicide survivors are strong, we need strong people here to give those that are weak the knowledge that: it's okay, you're not alone. Things will get better.

Sincerely,
someone who appreciates you very much; also know as (S.A)

14 year old // Female

Not knowing where you live limits the amount and type of advice I can offer you.

If you are sick you can go to any hospital emergency room and ask for help. You cannot be turned away for lack of ability to pay. They must treat you to the standard of medicine for what problem(s) you complain of.

While you are at the hospital ask to speak with the hospital social worker. There are social programs that are available to help you. The social worker would know of them and should be able to help you avail yourself of the different programs that you need available to you.

If you do not need to go to the hospital then go to the department of social services for the county you are living in. Just as in the hospital ask to see a social worker. Explain your problems both health and living conditions t the social workers. Work with them to obtain the programs you are both entitled to and are available to you.
