There is an old saying that says, "the better the devil you know then the one you don't know." Now depending on how you use this saying it has different meanings. In this case it is better to know what maybe causing this problem then sitting home thinking you have some sort of fatal disease. We all think that so don't say I'm wrong in saying so.
If you live in the states anywhere where there is the current heat wave any respiratory problem you may have is going to feel worse because of the weather. Call your doctor and make an appointment to see him or her.
If for some reason your doctor cannot see you there are a growing number of walk-in clinics that are available to see patients both by appointment, same day or walk-in. Most insurance company will pay for this service. If your breathing becomes that bad that your having real trouble do not be afraid to call 911 for help.
As a former first responder, I'm retired now, I can tell you this is why we are here. We can bring emergency medical help to you and help you breath better while taking you to the hospital for medical treatment.
You have a number of options available to you. Make an appointment to see your doctor. Go to a walk-in clinic or if need be call 911. You decide which option you need or is the best option based on how you are feeling right now. You do not need to be an adult to call 911. [ adviceman49's advice column | Ask adviceman49 A Question ]
