The only 100 percent way of not getting pregnant is not to have sex. there are some revolutionaries that you could take is birth control and there are two forms of birth control and they are the pill and the shot . I would strongly suggest you talk to your doctor about getting on birth control. another precaution is to have the guy wear a condom but warning they are not 100 percent effective and do not stop you from getting STD'S .

Since this is probably not the answer your looking for the most effective method of birth control is for the women to be on some form of birth control and the man to use a condom as well.
