If you never had this problem until you had this boyfriend, then nothing is medically wrong with you.

It should be a pleasurably arousing experience.
Although I will admit my body had to learn how to react to that. It didn't at first when I had sex first time at 19.
Perhaps he sucksIf the two of you get tested for STI's and are too hard like when making a hicky.
I don't find that to be pleasurable to begin with.
If I have my breast handled or squeezed too hard by my husbands hands it hurts. I say OW, and he immediately releases or gentles his grip.

Is this your only sex experience? If so, you have nothing to compare it to to know if another man might be gentler, or if your partner is too rough. Breast cancer is the silent killer cus women don't feel any difference, no pain, it's only found by feeling for lumps other that the normal lumps of the milk glands and sacs that lie in wait for when they are needed to breast feed a child. It is perfectly normal to include breast play in foreplay and sex.
Its pleasurable for the woman and the man absolutely loves it! Suckling gently, using the tongue to flick the nipple back and forth...all gentle stuff. No chomping down or anything. Theres a reason babies dont come with teeth or they'd never get breast fed.
Try asking him to be gentler. You might try sucking on his nipple with the same intensity as he does to you to see if he likes it. Some men like their nipples sucked, and for others it doesnt do a thing for them or is actually uncomfortable. His threshold between what is still pleasure vs pain may be very different than yours. Talk about it with him. Communication is vital between sex partners/lovers

That doesn't sound too great...you could have breast cancer. You should probably go to a doctor and get them boobies looked at. Also I'm not really sure if you've had a kid or anything, but if you have and you are letting your man suck your boobs...stop. The boobies are only meant for the baby for the first 2 years.

Check for lumps (which you should be doing regularly anyway - google "breast self examination"). If no lumps, then I'm going with "dude is sucking too hard", too.

Every guy wants to be good at sex. He'll be embarrassed for a moment, then he'll get over it.

Lets get this clear, the pain is only when he plays with your breast, not when theres play with your clit or intercourse right?
I would say he is being too rough with you. While there is a certain firmness in the hand grabbing the breast that is okay for each woman, each has a point at which just the teeniest bit more pressure causes a pain already. When you say Ow...he should stop what he is doing immediately or you could be bruising your self. As for the nipple, any use of teeth on it will produce pain as it is very sensitive area, especially at the tip. The sucking motion of a man should mimic what a baby does breast feeding and it won't hurt. The aereola, the area around the nipple is the part that gets sucked on. In the beginning, I did not get any sensations when having my breasts sucked but it developed later. There seems to be a great connection, a tingling in the breast with the feeling of electric bolts that connect to your sexual parts so the stimulation of both at the same time is very pleasurable. If you aren't feeling it yet, don't have him work harder on the breast, that won't make it happen. It will happen on its own one day. I think it was a whole year later before I was able to be aroused by stimulating my breast.

When you say a very long time...thats not specific enough. After foreplay, are you saying the pains are there for an hour before they stop,
a couple hours or all night before they stop, a whole day before they stop? If its closer to a week before they stop, then I'd wonder if something else is going on. Go see your Dr if it persists for longer than it takes your body to normally recover from mild bruising.

You are just probably horny or something. OR he does it too hard.

Since you withheld your age this question is a bit hard to answer. First none of us are doctors and we can only go on our experience with a question such as yours.

The only answer I can think of based on the limited information provided is: That it is possible that your boyfriend is being a bit rough with your tender breasts. If this is the only time your breast hurts it is the only answer I can think of.

If you are a young teenager this is not the type of question I think you would want to go to your mother with. What I would suggest is if you are over 14 and still of school age. That over the summer when having your preschool physical you can discuss this with your doctor.

If you are over 14 you are entitled to confidential doctors visits when you have any problem you wish to discuss, be examined for or treated for by a doctor related to your reproductive system. Your breasts would fall under this category. This means mom can not be in the exam room while the doctor examines you and she cannot know what you were examined for. Your medical records for anything related to your reproductive system are confidential and can only be released by you with written authorization to the doctor.

This confidentiality is granted to young people 14 years of age and older under a federal law called HIPPA. By granting young people this confidentiality congress is not giving them license to have sex but to see a doctor when they feel they need to for purposes of their reproductive health, parental permission is not needed or required to see a doctor. You can even ask for birth control medication and the doctor will prescribe. Parental permission is not required.

While I am really not sure if this is something that needs immediate attention of a doctor. What I suggest you do is check yourself regularly for lumps in your breasts, as you should be doing, until you see your doctor for your regular preschool physical.
