The previous two advisers are correct in what they have told you. I'm not a doctor either but it sounds like you have some type of internal bleed. These are nothing to fool with and can be life threatening.
Do not drive yourself to the hospital as the bleed could cause you to pass out. Call 911 and have them send an ambulance to take you to the hospital. Yes, it is that serious or could be.
I am a retired first responder. If you were to call our Fire Station and ask us this question I would be sending an ambulance for you.

That's NOT normal. If you have pain and later on blood when you use the washroom you really need to have it checked out pronto. You should go to a hospital ER (trust me they see a lot of embarrassing problems and won't be phased). Tell them what you told us and get checked out.
They can treat it and tell you what's going on. We can't as we aren't doctors and even if we were we can't examine you as you aren't physically present. You need their help. Even hazarding a guess would be wrong of me as I don't want to steer you wrong.
