Should I be offended that he thought I was a guy? Ok so I was at a grocery store and I had my hood on. An employee was like "Can I help you with something, sir?" And I turned around and he said "*Ahem* Ma'am. Sorry, I'm just tired".
I'm starting to think I look like a guy.. I had my hood on, but I have long-ish hair and it showed. I'm not really "grown" yet, so.. I'm a teen (Late bloomer.. Haha). Do you think he was really tired or he thought I was a guy?

That kind of thing actually happens a lot when you wear a hood. My boyfriend's sister wears hoodies all the time and has been mistaken for a boy because of it but she is completely and totally looks like a girl. He saw you from the back, didn't see any hair. Plus whether you were wearing tight jeans or baggy clothing, both can be mistaken for a guy nowadays.
Plus it's not like he looked at you and didn't realize you were a girl. He did, so you have nothing to worry about. ]
probably this man needs to get his eyes checked. don't worry. for some girls their hormonal changes and physical developments take place a bit late than others. it is perfectly okay. if you do not have round hips and bulgy curvy figure , it doesnot mean you are not a girl. it is just that you are not yet fully matured.
for this reason this man was not able to know you are a girl by looking at you from back. but when he had a glance at your face he knew you were a girl . so you do look like one indeed.
as for now just be proud with what you are. let people stare at your face for a while to know your sex. it will be soon lost and they will start taking notice of your body curves to know your sex in just a couple of years . and trust me it will feel awkward. so till then, enjoy your freedom. ]
You are over thinking it
I am sure he meant nothing by it, I wear hoodies all the time and I have been called sir a few times. Who cares?... It was an accident! ]
