You mentioned having a yeast infection. Do you know what causes them? It's good to know, otherwise some things you regularly do as part of your routine of cleansing yourself will actually bring on yeast infections and bacterial vaginosis which is characterized by a fishy smell.
Avoid having bubble baths because the soap can travel up enough to affect the ph balance inside so you no longer have the good bacteria inside to kill off the bad bacteria. Using any bar or body soap will do the same. Using douches also will upset the balance. With good bacteria, the bacteria that causes yeast growth kills off enough yeast so it never becomes a problem. So what do you do? Rinse with water, thats good enough. I am posting a link to Laci Green video. She has many that are helpful to women besides this one one what i have just mentioned. Its titled Dirty Vaginas

My best guess is it did not for in most instances mixing alcohol and medication caused you to not become impaired in some manner, generally sleepy or lethargic. Unable to be able to properly operate heavy machinery or drive. It may be possible that the mixing of alcohol and the meds caused the cramping you felt. I have my doubts this caused your period to come on though you would know if your period came about very early.
Best advice I can give you is if your period was more than a day or so earlier than normal you may want to visit your GYN. If your over 14 you can do so without telling mom as a law known as HIPPA, a Federal Law, applies to your situation.
HIPPA allows fro anyone over the age of 14 to make, see and be treated by a doctor for any problems related to their reproductive systems without parental knowledge or consent. All doctors visits for concerning these type of problems are completely confidential and the doctors cannot inform your parents without your written consent. If mom was to be with you she cannot be in the exam room with you. All you need to say to the doctor or the nurse is "I wish to invoke my rights under HIPPA" and mom will be asked to wait in the waiting room.
This would apply even if for some reason mom were to force you to see a doctor for any type of female exam. Once you say those words the doctor cannot examine you with anyone in the room but a member of the practice.
Congress passed this law so that young people such as yourself could see a doctor and speak openly with the doctor concerning any problem with their reproductive system. This includes asking for birth control medication. [ adviceman49's advice column | Ask adviceman49 A Question ]

I'm not trying to scare the shit out of you but if you experienced severe cramps that had nothing to do with menstruation than you need to see a doctor pronto.
Although it may be embarrassing to tell your mom you really need to and to have her support so you see a doctor. I rather doubt that you damaged reproductive organs here though. In the future be sure to not drink while on meds to avoid any problems that may arise if mixed with pills. Very dicey. [ solidadvice4teens's advice column | Ask solidadvice4teens A Question ]
