Are these signs of liking someone?
There is this guy and I am not sure if he likes me. We have never talked before but we have had shared multiple eye contacts everyday and there are times when we stare at each other for quite a while. However, our facial expressions are usually fixed. No smiles no nothing.
There are times when I will look first and vice versa.

Yes, those are signs that someone is interested in you or has some curiosity about you. You don't normally stare at people you're not interested in or you're not curious about..unless of course you're one of those people who space off while thinking and don't realize you're looking at someone.

If he looks at you a lot, he is definitely interested in who you are. If he smiles sometimes, that is a sure tell way that he likes you. Especially if he raises his eyebrows. It means he wants to talk to you. Maybe the next time he looks your way, you should smile so he feels more comfortable to come up to you and not creeped out!

It's a sign that there is an attraction based on looks, a chemistry. Once you get to know a person better, you may discover that while attracted by looks and there is some chemistry that way, you don't like his character otherwise. That can happen sometimes. Well, fist of all maybe tell us how old you are and how old he is? And how does he share eye contact?
Does he look when you're not looking? But if so, try smiling! After a while he will too eventually if he doesn't have an attitude. And if you want to, maybe say hi sometime!
He'll notice you and basically he will say hi too after a while :) Boys need their time cause they're slower than us girls.
