Cleaning night guard
I have been wearing a night guard (custom made from the dentist) for some time now, and use Efferdent to clean it every night. It's gotten stained now, so a light brownish tint, rather than clear. What can I use to safely remove the stain?

I wear the same thing. Ask at the orthodontist counter and they'll sell you this mixture that you use daily to clean it up with.
Also, make sure you clean it every night under COLD water with a soft toothbrush, and during the day if it's very stained.

I would call the dentist and explain to the receptionist that you have a custom mouth guard and clean it with Efferdent. let them know it's stained even though you do that and you want to get those stains off without wrecking it. If they don't know they will have the dentist call you.
