Does he love me like he says he does?
He says that he loves me, but he doesn't act like it. He has a big temper and gets upset easily. He only says that he loves me when he is asking for forgiveness for calling me bad names. Whenever I ask why he loves me, he says I am being sensitive. He asks me all the time why I love him, and he expects an answer or assumes that I don't. Am I over sensitive or ...?

It does not seem like he loves you like he says he does. Love isn't just a word, it's an action.
If there was a man beating his wife, yelling at her all the time but then claims he loves her, would you believe it?
Now, this isn't happening to you but he seems to have an abusive nature to him by calling you names and having a temper.
Your not over sensitive by asking why he loves you. He just doesn't have an answer.
Don't be with a guy like this, things can get worse.

He does not love you as much as he says he does. He sounds abusive and there is nothing in the world that i hate more than an abusive person.He hurts you emotionally now but what will you do when it gets physical. Don't let it each that point.
Find your close friends and family and with their support leave him. Don't let him hurt you. Blessed be.
