Tell your friend to drop the issue. Nothing happened so no cause for drama or concern by either of you. It does sound weird but then again is plausible. Why would she take the photo if not to protect herself from you not understanding? Keep your antennae up but don't rush to judgment that there's anything going on.

Uh well I don't know what's up with your friend. Either she's lying or something else happened that she's not telling you? And if all they did was dance then I don't understand why she's just making a big deal out of it. You should talk to her about it and ask why it's such a big deal and why she told you in the first place. Or you should just talk to the guy about it and asked what happened that night. If it really was just dancing and you believe that then maybe your friend is just a drama queen or something..but if something else happened and your friend knows you like this person then you should make her tell you what the eff happened and tell her off for betraying you like that. I hope that helps!
