i want to ask a guy out
im a 13 year old girl and i want to ask out a guy that my friend likes too. How and what should i do???

You should talk to your friend. It is very hard for me to give you more advice than this, since I do not have a lot of info.
Still, the general idea is this... If your friend has nothing going with this guy it should be open season for both of you. There are two situations where I would say you should not ask him out though:
1. If your friend and him have been getting close and it looks like it is going to lead to something.
2. If your friend REALLY likes him while you just kind of like him a bit. In this case, even though you would not technically be wrong to ask the guy, I would say to put the friendship first.
If you are going to ask him, let your friend know first. I know this could lead to a seriously awkward situation (or even a big argument), but believe me its going to be worse if you just do it without telling her.
