I don't know if I like this guy.
Okay, I met a guy some time back and we are school mates. I'm 16, female. We started off as teasing each other from time to time but now we are really good friends. My palms do not go sweaty when I see him, nor does my heart palpitate as fast as a train. Although when he was absent from school I was pretty concerned.
Is this a sign? I hope not. I need to focus on my studies. And I don't get emotional over him.
So, any advice?

Sounds to me like you feel like a pretty good friend to him? Just because you show care and concern for a guy you are friendly with doesn't mean you have deeper feelings for him.

I wish i could one hundred percent say, yes or no you don't like this guy, but i can't. Friends get semi-concerned when another friend is gone from school. And since you don't want to get emotional over him, then don't. Just stay friends. Try not to tease each other in any flirty manner. If your heart beats faster and you get all sweaty, then reconsider your feelings. Until then, enjoy having a great friend, no worries. Best of luck! :)
