My doctor recommended this to me. When you first feel like you are going to throw up pop an over the counter ant-acid like Tums or Zantac. It will coat your stomach and stop the taste and feeling. It won't make you in the least drowsy at school. If it's really intense and the above mentioned doesn't work a Gravol for Children will work.
I'm not a doctor but just relating what I do so you shouldn't ever take our advice or mine as an official medical diagnosis. You DO NEED to see a doctor even with this in mind to figure out what is in fact causing the throwing up or desire to. That's utmost important. They rule out ulcers, internal issues etc and can put a scope down in severe cases to figure things out.
Odds are this is all related to something you are afraid of at school. Is someone bullying you hon? Are you in a class you aren't doing well with? Teacher picking on you? Tell your parents and counselors and get it out in the open and work on the anxiety and this problem will fade into the mist. [ solidadvice4teens's advice column | Ask solidadvice4teens A Question ]

Is there someone or group of people that are bullying you or teasing you. If so you need to tell someone You need to tell a teacher or the school principal or your parents.
If it is not anything or anyone at school that is bothering you then it might be something at home. If so I would suggest talking to a trusted teacher about it. If there is a problem at home that is affecting you at school there are things teachers and the school system can help with.
If it is none of the above then I would suggest you ask your family doctor or pediatrician to recommend a therapist you can talk with who an help you find out the cause of your anxiety. Therapists are there to help you. Whatever you say to a therapist stays with the therapist and is never repeated back to your parents. When the therapists meets with your parents they recommend things to do to help you at home without reveling what was said in therapy between you.
