I understand where your coming, have you ever considered telling her you like her?
On the other hand your still only 13 someone amazing is going to come along and offer you many things, and things you ain't ever experienced.
I think since shes your best friend you need to be open with her and tell her how you feel, it's only going to choke you up more if you keep it to yourself sweety.

I also have a friend who is bi and she also had a crush on me. She confessed to me, and I was a little shocked, but in the way that I would hate her. We talked it out because it was a huge step for her to confess to me, despite our differences in sexuality.
I think it's best to tell her, unless you think she won't see you the same way again. If she is your BFF, I'm sure she would understand you better and besides, you're only 13, so chances are, you might actually meet someone who would favor you the same way you favor them.
