To sart with,focus on the reason. That's the main problem,I guess. The fact that you don't actually know what the reason of your boredom really is. Maybe you have taken up activities,or gotten a job you don't actually like. Maybe you haven't discovered the things you really like doing. I'd recommend working out. A physical activity. Hope it helps a little:)

Take up a hobby
Winter makes things difficult. I just recently started repairing old furniture around my house.
Write, cook, draw. Find something you love to do.
