If you are not having sex and do regular self breast exams and not feeling any lumps there is not anything to worry about. It is probably growing pains as your breast continue to grow as your puberty hormones kick in. If you sleep on your stomach this could also be the reason.
A word of advice. Breast are not sexual, they serve a specific purpose. Small breast or large breast are all capable of serving the purpose for what a woman's breast are designed for.
I tell you this; this pain or any pain you feel is something you should talk to mom about. If you had a sore throat you would tell mom why not tell her about this. Just because it is your breasts? You know the problem could be just as simple as needing a larger bra. Mom would know this.
As parents we are responsible for are children's health and welfare. Just because something that is bothering you may be related to your reproductive system is no reason not to come to us for help.
It is very likely that long before you become sexually active you will suffer a yeast infection or urinary tract infection. Somethings that are very common in women and young women in general. Not seeking help is dangerous to your reproductive health. Not going to mom or dad; yes us males know all about this stuff, is really silly and nothing to be embarrassed about.
Now if you want a question to be embarrassed about; ask mom or dad what is the best position to have sex in. That would probably cause them a great deal of embarrassment and you would get a lecture for sure. But to come to either of them in pain, no that should never be embarrassing wherever that pain is.
So talk to mom. If it is your bra is to small she will by you a new ones. If she thinks you need to see a doctor she will arrange for. Most likely though it is growing pains. But mom will know for certain. [ adviceman49's advice column | Ask adviceman49 A Question ]

A) They COULD be growing... you may notice stretch marks showing up... that would indicate growth.
B) You could just be hormonal. If it's about two weeks to your menstrual cycle or less, you could just be out of control with hormones. Breast tenderness is common.
C) You could be sleeping on them wrong... Sounds dumb, but if you squish them too much, they're gonna hurt. It's just a thing. If you suspect this, sleep in a sports bra.
(Don't do that if you think your boobs are growing and you'd like them to grow, however... sleeping in a bra stifles your boobs ability to grow.) [ pseudophun's advice column | Ask pseudophun A Question ]
