depends how old you are
if your going through puberty then yeh they might hurt but if you have passed that stage you better go check up with your doctor and get a check up or see if one boob is bigger then the other or see if they are too hard or too soft and if you got a boob job it might be pushing against your skin witch is streching it will hurt.
