um i was wondering becuse if i was married i would want only one daughter and not have too many kids what can i do to prevent having too much children please help me

The easy way to limit the number of children you have is to practice birth control of some kind. However, there are two things about your questions which are NOT so simple.
One: Whoever you marry is going to need to accept that you want to stop at one child. Many other people are fine with that (I have two kids, but I would have been satisfied with one - not that I would EVER give up the second now that he's here!). The point is that it is something you will want to discuss BEFORE you get married.
Two: You say that you want "one daughter". When you conceive a child the traditional way, there really is no way to predetermine the gender. You can do it via in-vitro fertilization, but that is expensive and tends to increase the odds of multiples, so that would interfere with your just-one-child plan. The other way to ensure that you have a daughter instead of a son is to adopt.

First: You do not want to get a hysterectomy as a permanent form of birth control. What you want is a Tubal Ligation, which cuts the duct between your ovaries and your womb so that an egg can not be impregnated and plant itself in your womb.
Known as to your question as to how to have only one child and have that child be a girl. You are getting into the realm of genetic engineering as it is the male that determines the sex of a child.
At this time as I write this I am not sure if doctors will even do this for you. If they will I am very sure it will be very expensive. If this is what you want it would have to be something you and your husband discuss and agree upon as it is far from the normal intimacy surrounding a couple bringing a child into this world.
Once you have the number of children you desire then you or your husband can be sterilized either through a tubal ligation for you or a vasectomy for him.

Or are you asking how to find out how many children are too many?
For the first, it's obvious. Use protection. If you both agree, either of you can get permanent birth control in the form of surgery. Either a hysterectomy or a vasectomy, for men or women, respectively.
But this is a very serious decision to make, and you should both mull it over together. Of course, this only makes sense if you both want to not have any more children, and if you both see each other as life-long partners.
To the second question, only have as many children as you can afford. Although it's amazing to have more children, it's pointless if you cannot care for them. So figure out how much money you have, and if you can afford to take time off work. Then figure it out that way.
