Is it possible for me to lose 40 - 50 pounds by the end of December? Is it possible for me to lose 40 - 50 pounds by the end of December if I eat healthy and workout everyday?
I know I have to eat right and work out. I plan on working out twice a day & eating 1400 calories & drinking water. Can I at least lose iy by the end of December?

It's possible, but not recommended. That's about 16 weeks, so you are shooting for 2.5 lbs per week (using 40lbs). The amount recommended for healthy weight loss is no more than 1.5 lbs per week. Doing more and you are liable to be burning off more than just fat. There are about 3500 calories in a pound, so to do 1.5 lbs a day, you want to "get rid of" 750 calories per day, be it by diet or working out. Working out twice per day is overdoing it, and if you set such a harsh regimen for yourself then you are more likely to cheat and break. It is far more healthy to set a regimen you can follow long term. Eating more healthy in general, and keeping a consistent workout schedule (e.g. go jogging/biking every morning.) It is important to get all of the nutrients you need (which is difficult at 1400 calories per day.) It helps to space several small meals throughout the day to keep your metabolism up as opposed to 3 large meals like most people do.
The thing with losing a bunch of weight fairly quickly is that once you reach your goal and go off the regimen as most people do you will gain the weight back pretty quickly. The goal you are setting for yourself is more healthy than some of the other questions I've seen asked here (I remember one that wanted to lose like 20 pounds in a week) but it's still a bit high. ]
It is very very possible. try also protein shakes. i used them to lose weight for my sisters wedding and i lost 20 pounds in one month.
good luck!! ]
