To much peroxide for 4 month old puppy

My puppy is about for weeks and is just a small dog weighs about 4 pounds if that he was given WAY to much peroxide and is now vomiting blood I'm extremely sad and don't know what to do I've called tons of vets but no response.. PLEASe HELP

Why was he given peroxide? I'm sorry I don't know much about this, you have to call a poison center in your area and bring him to the closest animal hospital. Try giving him water. Good luck!
