Is there a way to tell when your boobs are growing?

Soreness, tenderness. If you are not happy with the size of your breasts, you could always wear push up braws. Also, be positive. Breasts size doesn't make you who you are. What's inside matters. Be happy with what you have. Would you rather be known for your breasts size or your great personality? I think personality would be better:)

It depends on the person - when my boobs were growing they got really sore when they came into contact with water - i know its weird. My friend complained about sore boobs constantly - eat more than you usually do but dont overload or else you'll get spots - i dont think there is anything special you can eat
