But weight is only an indicator of your progress, your body is your body whether it has water weight or you just ate or period or whatever! It's not like anyone who sees you thinks, hmm, I wonder... .does she weigh 169 pounds, or 170 pounds? if only I knew I could judge my opinion of her body... (idk how much you weigh of course, just chose random weight.)
Making lots of progress, you sound a little overconcerned, not to criticize just givin' ya that imput. [ pokestokeflamenco's advice column | Ask pokestokeflamenco A Question ]

Instead of being upset use continue and maybe use it to motivate you to stay on the diet and continue the great work your doing. If you are female another causes for the extra pound may be due to your period.. naturally you retain more fluid during that time of the month so its nothing to worry about. Hope this helped.. anymore questions feel free to inbox me :) good luck [ Barbie7056's advice column | Ask Barbie7056 A Question ]
