i need money! how could i become a prostitute so i can buy the things my friends have?
this sounds pathetic but i am a 16 year old virgin, and all my friends go out drinking all the time, and alwayd get new clothes, i dont know where they get all their money from, but i was thinking, i have the confidence! i might become a prostitute to earn some extra cash to join in with the things my friends do, what do you think?

Im a 16 year old. I really recommend you do not sell yourself to assholes guys just to have cool stuff. One reason why is because you r still a virgin, 2nd reason is because you could get a std, and 3rd people will probably think your a slut(no affence). Your 16, you are old enough to apply for a job. Minimum wage probably 235$ every two weeks. DO NOT sell your virginity to some ugly fat douche bag just to impress your friends. Youll look dirty.

The pathetic part is that you're willing to sell yourself for booze and clothes, not that you're a virgin at 16. That you have that little self-worth is mind-boggling. I can understand a woman being driven to prostitution by homelessness, addiction or extreme poverty, but not by a desire for new clothes!
Sex work is dangerous. It's really dangerous. Being beaten, killed, raped or robbed is a real possibility. Having a pimp doesn't make any of that better, either. It's also dangerous because it's illegal. Think you can call the cops if a guy beats you within an inch of your life? Think again. Because you'll be arrested. If you get caught, you've got a permanent record. If you get caught with someone, they're charged with soliciting a minor for sex.
Not only that, but you run the risk of STI infection. Some of those stay with you for life, some of them can kill you.
The consequences of joining the sex work industry stay with you forever. You can't take it back. Even if you stop and become a successful adult, you'll still be an ex-prostitute. And you'll hate yourself for having done it over a pair of shoes or a night out on the town with the girls. It's a shallow reason to put yourself at so much risk.
As said below, try babysitting or get a part time job. When I was 16 I worked at a vet clinic and a retail store after school and on weekends. I gained valuable skills that I've been able to put to use as I grow older. Try that route.

Being a prostitute is NOTHING to be proud of nevermind even thinking of becoming.
1. Its illegal and at age 16 your are considered a minor. That wouldn't just be prostitution that is rape.
2. Women get murdered everyday for this sort of thing nd some even get forced to perform sex acts among several individuals at once.
3. This is the best way to contract an STD more then have of prostitutes end up with some sort of infection. Aides, Syphilis, Herpes etc. Also many get beaten as well
If you need a money I recommend trying a fast food place for a part time job or even babysitting. Definately not something like this.
