one thing i did for humor in a talent show:
get a huge jacket, have another person stand behind you, as your "arms," then 'get ready for school' (e.g. makeup, teeth, wash face, etc.) your "arms" won't be able to see, this is SO HALARIOUS!

Well if its a talent show I'm guessing theres some sort of prize?
I'd say that most people sing and dance so you wont really stand out so why not try a magic trick, or a specialist kind of song like a rap.

Make a list of things you are good at, and then choose one.
Singing, a dance routine, maybe you do karate and want to show off your moves... You can do gymnastics if you know how. Ventrilaquist?? Just make a list of talents that you have and can actually do something with. Then choose one you think would be good. Simple.
