BackGround: So I have a boyfriend of a year and a half normally get my period on time, been feeling a little under the weather, plus it's finals week in college. Anyways, my period is 2 weeks late and I just want someone to assure me I'm not pregnant. I am on birth control (take it daily at the same time), use condoms when I have sex, and took a pregnancy test that came back not pregnant. I'm just stressed and confused to why it's 2 weeks late.
Stress can play a big factor and even cause one to skip out a period depending on the amount of stress. Try to relax, finals are a real bitch but you WILL get through it. One day a time and if your period is a little late don't panick! If it were more then a month late then I would tell you to visit your OBGYN. [ Xui's advice column | Ask Xui A Question ]

"I'm just stressed and confused to why its 2 weeks late".
Stress can cause your period to be late. Take it from me, girl, my period was always on time, and after starting college, it stressed me out! My period has been off balance for months now;
If you are still stressed out about being 'pregnant', take another pregnancy test to be sure; (idk if you know this; but take it first ting in the morning)
if that still doesn't relieve you, go to a doctor and get a confidental, blood test done;
I knew I wasn't pregnant, but I took 5 HPT and they were all negative; it was 2 months, and no period; and the more i began to think i cld be pregnant the more my body made me believe I was;
so i got a blood test done, and it came back negative, and ever since than, I feel a lot more at ease.
