My mind is going crazy
So here goes... a couple weeks ago my boyfriend was over at my house and well things went crazy the clothes were on and everything and it was like a 'dry' session if you know what I mean and well I felt uncomfortable I never wanted that and I told him to get off because that was just weird. Days later he told me he came and he's an idiot and 'm not with him anymore. SO i got my period a few days later like normal, on the day expected. But right now I have the worry that I'm somehow pregnant. Is that possible? I've done research and it says I can't and I got my period the days later but my mind keeps thinking I am. I know I can't be. How can I help my mind get over the thought? I don't want to be pregnant I'm only 15.

I was pregnant at 17, stop having sex you are too young. Go college or take up swimming. Live your life but not trying to grow up to quickly, trust me i know.

Don't worry, everything is completely fine! It's not possible to get pregnant from that. As to the mental repercussions, it's completely normal to think of something like that after something of the sort is forced upon you, and also very stressful. You will just need some time to adjust to it, especially after what he said to you afterwards; although I would strongly suggest talking to someone to help alleviate your troubled mind. I would suggest either one of your parents or maybe a Councillor (Your school may have one, at least they do in and around where I live, you could also try searching for the Samaritans who deal with people who are seeking for someone to calm their mind. It's anonymous and free-Samaritans.org. They can help with an ordeal such as this.) And although a daunting prospect talking to someone about this, it can help especially with something as horrible as that, I feel for you and grant you my best wishes and hope that I could've helped you.

You've had you period. So you aren't pregnant.
You also basically can't get pregnant by dry humping.
Semen isn't smart. It doesn't have egg-radar. It doesn't know which way to go and doesn't weave intelligently through clothing. It moves around vaguely forwardish in liquid. If there is not enough liquid to move in, it doesn't move. If there is a dry spot, it can't travel accross it. There was no way dampness on his pants, made it through your clothing and up inside your body. That's just not realistic.
Stop freaking out. The only thing you are doing is making yourself sick. You aren't pregnant.

As long as your clothes stayed on, there is no way you are pregnant. Getting your period confirms it. Since it seems like you don't ever want to get pregnant anytime soon, protect yourself and say "no" to sex or say "yes" but use protection ALWAYS! =)
