I would like to no more about what you mean by discharge and if you are male or female.

If you are female and you are talking about getting wet to the point that your panties become wet or moisture may sort of run down you leg? This can be normal as you are suppose to get wet in your vagina to allow the boys penis to enter you. You are lubricating. If you are highly excited you may produce more lubrication than you need resulting in it seeping out of you.

If the discharge is not your typical scent or is not clear, then you should see a Gynecologist as something is not right.

If you are male and the discharge is a small amount you may be emitting precum. This is rare for men as it normally requires some stimulation of your penis, either with sexual contact with a vagina or with some type of foreplay.

If it is a full discharge as in an ejaculation that is not normal and you should consult a Urologist.

It is normal for a woman to become "wet" before sex. That is kind of the point.

If the discharge has a strange odor or color, then see your doctor.
