A mutual crush: We both like each other but nobody will make a move.

i'm going through the same thing! i am 13/f too! there is this one guy and he stares at me and shows interest and i love it and i feel the same way but that's all that happens. no one is making the move. so since he is on my track team i smile and say hi. soon i'm going to start talking to him and then who knows (: i need to do that so he doesn't lose interest. so i would start talking to him slowly and show him you are still interested in him and like him. good luck (:

I take it the boy is in your age or around. He is shy aparently, and that part of his nature will change. A lot of the times the reason boys don't make the first move is because they are not ready or they don't know if they are ready. I was once a teenaged boy and I spent a lot of time doing the same thing with the girl I crushed on, we met up not to long ago (we are both 30 now) and she said she felt the exact same way.

Well, if YOU don't make a move soon, you will lose interest in him. So, I suggest you make the first move. You can try asking him out, or ask him out for some coffee(Or to dinner, to lunch, ect.).
