If you eat a lot of greens you are going to have a lot of gas build up. The gas needs to come out and will do so one way or the other, no pun intended.
If you have or think you have excess gas seeing a Gastroenterologist might be in order. They are the doctors that deal with the digest and intestinal track.
Before going to the doctor try watching what you eat. Keep a food diary; stay away from green vegetables, leafy greens and limit your soda and carbonated drinks to maybe one a day or not at all. Brussels Sprouts, Green Beans, Kidney Beans and any other type of beans as well as very spicy foods all contribute to gas build up.

I would also recommend keeping a food journal to see if maybe your diet is affecting how much you have gas or poop. Other than that I'm not sure how you would go about fixing it.
