I masturbathed last night around 11 ,had a bath in the morning and even washed my hands at 4 in the evening after that i went to my girlfrnds house,we were home alone we started kiss each other i put my hands in her pants not sure if i put them in the vagina,but was definitely around it for around 10 min,it did happen the next day too,can this in any way make her pregnant?

I doubt it. Semen would have to travel deep inside her for it to have any effect. Sperm has to travel quite a way to get to the egg and it is difficult to get pregnant by using fingers.

She will not be pregnant. In order for a female to get pregnant, the penis must enter the vagina, as well as ejaculate inside her vagina. Any other means such as artificial insemination is possible. But having semen on your hand(s), and later pleasuring her with said hand(s) will not cause her to get pregnant, as sperm does not live longer than 5 minutes outside of a human body.
