bath salt? losing weight?

Is it okay to soak in a hot bath with bath salt? I heard that it can help you lose weight?

I'm wanting to lose weight, but I also wanna try new things that can help out too.

What kind of salt would I use??

How many times a week would I use it?

what is master cleansers?
where can I purchase both salt and cleansers?

any other remedies for losing weight that I could do around the house?

I have the Wii fitness plus, and I'm not eating after 7. I don't drink cokes, just water and gaterade.


tips? remedies? advice? pointers?

It feel refreshing yes...but helps loose weight? no. sorry haha :) But look up some other tips that may actually work and that you know arent scams. Sorry :) ~Maddogg

lol, Bath Salts don't make you loose weight. Whoever told you that one is just pulling your chain.


If you want some tips on how to loose weight here are some actual tips that really work ;)

Try eating with your other hand, You are more likely to eat less.

Instead of eating food off a large dinner plate, Try using a smaller plate.

Eat foods high in protein (Fish, Chicken, Almonds,)

Wii fitness is good but if you can try to get a 30 minute walk in at least 4 times a week.

Skip out on (Rice which is high in sugar) and go for wild rice.

Any pasta do wheat, Bread do wheat. Meat - Make sure it's go lean in it! The more lean the better. Fruits and Vegetables are always good! Apples are known to give you a more full feeling.

Try these and I promise you that you should see a difference.
