If you want some tips on how to loose weight here are some actual tips that really work ;)
Try eating with your other hand, You are more likely to eat less.
Instead of eating food off a large dinner plate, Try using a smaller plate.
Eat foods high in protein (Fish, Chicken, Almonds,)
Wii fitness is good but if you can try to get a 30 minute walk in at least 4 times a week.
Skip out on (Rice which is high in sugar) and go for wild rice.
Any pasta do wheat, Bread do wheat. Meat - Make sure it's go lean in it! The more lean the better. Fruits and Vegetables are always good! Apples are known to give you a more full feeling.
