First, straighten up your diet and eat better. Go to Subway for breakfast of lunch once or twice a week. And if you can, walk there! Look up a food pyramid with how many portions of each food group you should have. Try to eat balanced every day. And if you can't help yourself, I eat something unhealthy every Saturday. But just one thing.
Next, you need to exercise for at least 30 minutes a day. After about a week or so try to go up to at least an hour. If your days are filled with work then while your are sitting flex your stomach or lean slightly back so that your stomach is working to keep you up. While exercising stop every 10 minutes for about 1 minute. This is a type of training that is most effective for losing weight or biulding muscle.
There are many other things that can keep you healthy, you can talk to your doctor about further info or medication that can help you. I hope I helped! :D [ gotchalk8's advice column | Ask gotchalk8 A Question ]
